In our book, it says the four most important features of Andean worldview are collectivity, reciprocity, transformation, and essence.
It also said that cyclical thinking was key to the worldview.
I think this is very interesting. I don't believe that in modern day we have characteristics like this to describe our world view.
I think the cyclical worldview is very interesting. I have been watching documentaries on the mayan culture, and they believe that the world "ends" and then begins again, in which there really isnt anything like progress. They believe more in spiritual development with the world and oneness with nature and treating the world with the respect. Very interesting stuff..
